FREEVOCAL is a web based Application and an access tool to the website FREEVOCAL. The App and website are owned by EC INFOSOLUTIONS (here in after referred to as the “COMPANY”). User acknowledges that all for ratings, comments, projections, pricings, citations, and/or other message or communication facilities (collectively “Services”) are public and not private communications, and that, therefore, others may read User's communications with or without User's knowledge. By registering with EC INFOSOLUTIONS as user or posting communications on or through this Website, User shall be deemed to have granted to the company, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed, and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sub-licensees.

Indemnification

User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FREEVOCAL, its subsidiaries and Business Associates, and their respective, partners, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of this EC INFOSOLUTIONS product or Website and/or the communication by User.

Termination

EC INFOSOLUTIONS may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, EC INFOSOLUTIONS shall have the right to immediately terminate any passwords or accounts of User in the event of any conduct by User which EC INFOSOLUTIONS, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement. All such provisions wherein the context so requires including Sections10, 11, 14, 15, 16 will survive termination of this Agreement.

Trademarks

FREEVOCAL, and Assocaited Logos, Devices and Labels (Whether owned or licensed) are trademarks of EC INFOSOLUTIONS. All rights in respect of these trademarks are hereby expressly reserved. Unless otherwise indicated, all other trademarks appearing on the Website are the property of their respective owners.

EC INFOSOLUTIONS, similar to an Internet Service Provider, is a facilitator (and not a publisher) of content supplied by third parties and Users.
